Barefoot Walking Freak

How many of you have switched off as soon as you have read about barefoot running, minimalist running, or any other type of running! Wait, don’t go, please read on…
Me too, I hate running, always have; even when I was required to do it for pre-season football, back in the days when I used to play at a pretty decent level. Luckily I could rely on my innate fitness, although my ex-teammates may say something different! All through my childhood I was always active, playing sports all year round and generally never sat still watching TV or playing computer games (ok given, they weren’t around when I was a kid). I grew up in a new quiet sub-division and there were at least 15 of us of the same age within a few minutes walk, so there was always a tree to climb, a bush or swamp to explore, or a game of something going on. I would much rather run around playing, chasing or doing something, than pound the streets.
So fortunately I never had to 'go running'; although maybe if I did I may have been a better player.
Enough of my past, the purpose of this is to explain that the 5 Fingers are NOT just for running – in fact forget you saw the word running, as it may cause the negative connotations to come flooding in.
The shoes are great to just wear. I regularly have them on my feet over the weekend when I am out and about with my young sons; walking along the beach, exploring rock-pools, climbing up the numerous pieces of kids playground equipment, when running behind them on bikes, scooters or whatever in playgrounds and skate-parks, or just sitting around the house doing puzzles or playing with Bob the Builder characters.
You don't need to view these shoes as a specialist 'barefoot running shoe' - Just use them in place of your usual weekend shoes. I would even go so far to say, if you only use running shoes (rather than steel-capped boots) to garden or even mow the lawns, you can even use the 5 Fingers here too!
You will just have to be prepared for the likelihood of aching calf’s while you transition over, as they get used to working without their usual support of a raised heel as in a shoe.

Concept, would be great to have a situation that can suit the whole
e-cig, as you whole peace, cart as well as battery,
let me know when that occurs, so i can give it a try to see if it really
