Chris utilises a variety of treatment methods and techniques in his practice depending on the clients presentation. This includes exercise therapy, manual/soft tissue techniques, education and mindfulness-based strategies where appropriate.
To facilitate a fast recovery, he has a strong emphasis on educating and empowering the client to understand their own body and their health problems. He is passionate about applying the latest research to his practice and has completed many post graduate courses particularly in the management of the shoulder, lumbopelvic region and persistent pain conditions.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys travelling, practising yoga, meditation, photography and being in the outdoors.
