What is the ICP MSK programme?
The ICP (Integrated Care Pathway) is a fully funded programme designed for clients with injuries likely to require surgical review or intervention in three main body sites: Knee, Shoulder and Lumbar Spine. Integrated care pathways are designed for the clients to be able to access connected and streamlined care under a fully funded model.
Willis Street Physiotherapy, Wellington Sports Med and The Physio Spot are proud to be working with ICP contract holders, Active Plus to deliver ACC’s ICP MSK programme.
Key features of the ICP MSK programme:
- Comprehensive Physiotherapy Care: Fully funded comprehensive pre and post operative physiotherapy management
- Surgeon Assessment and Management: Expert evaluation and guidance throughout the patient’s journey.
- Vocational Support: Return-to-work planning and support tailored to individual needs.
- Additional Services: Access to social work, psychology, dietetics, or cultural services if required.
